Too much use of anything will lead to problems with health. Computers and mobile phones are no different, and people spend more time using these devices. This can lead to serious conditions of health.

First we will discuss the health problems which can be brought about through device use. Ultimately, we will analyze what can be done to mitigate the use of these devices.

If the tunnel is blocked, it affects the middle nerve and contributes to discomfort, excitement and mobility problems in the arm and hand. This could lead to permanent functional damage and loss in hand.

The way we use computers will make inflammations in the carpal tunnel the ideal way. The risk of carpal tunnel syndrome may also increase with obesity. There's that inactivity that comes to play again all day on a screen.

We spoke before about being plagued with headaches. This can lead to poor posture and many issues with neck and back pain.

The Prevention and Possibly the Cure

What is the highest prevention measure, aren't it painfully obvious? Use less computers and mobile phones.

Try to reduce light to the rate of brightness in the environment around you in case of screen related issues. A reduced contrast between your image and your environment will dramatically reduce your eye strain. It also decreases the power of the blue light you are exposed to known as (HEV). Consider using a blue light application or calibrating your monitor.

For vertigo, flicker headaches and epilepsy, try to change the monitor's refresh rate. The most common default is 60Hz, the same frequency as fluorescent bubbles. So if you work on a computer in a fluorescent room, it's a double whammy. Get a different frequency on your monitor, and that should help.

Get your workstation or fighting station for carpal tunnel and other muscle and soft-tissue problems to give you the least repetitive strain (RSI) injury. Look to get a vertical mouse or ergonomic mouse to ease the strain of the wrist. And get up and move as well.

If that means to get up and walk every hour and take a5-minute break from the workplace, do this. Allow those lines. If it is a matter of arranging your gaming to keep you from playing straight for 24 hours, do that. If you're raising your head and looking at the world, then put your phone on quietly and in your pocket.
